Remedies for this time of change ~
We are entering the fiery centre of Mars, which is all about action and passion!
Wisdom:

• Look out for the boundaries you need to protect your process/vision.


• Learn to say No, or Yes, when you 100% want to.


• Cultivate a space in your day where you can receive, journal, whatever it us you do to connect to Soul.


• Take gradual action on your plans and guidance, knowing you are merely at the threshold. 


• Trust.


• Feel the pain of ‘can I really be who I am?’


• And love yourself from the Heart, no matter what.


• Do it anyway, despite all the doubts and fears.


• Let go to Life flowing through you.


• Feel the passion lighting you up…


• Have fun!

Spring starts with a get-go.
This is a good energy for us…

The last few months have been the close of the last astrological year
Aquarius lent us vision for the future, Pisces flowed with watery bliss, feeling the immensity of our dreams and imaginative realm. It’s such a magical potent time, the combination of both Aquarius and Pisces – I love it!

Aquarius 

Aquarius season (end of January to February) felt pretty intense, with good ol’ Saturn holding the anchor deep, declaring, “get your act together”.
It has been hard to avoid the mental examination, and the weight of responsiblity for personal work. Somehow our visions for what we want for society, like the beauty of community, horizontal leadership – co-creation – all these words we throw around, have felt too far off. As if we are being led by a golden carrot, that’s just out of reach.
It’s the cold hard discipline of Saturn. We need to be really grounded, and secure in what we are heading towards.
Life is serious. That’s what Saturn, the crone of wisdom, remarks.

I’m not going to go into all the transits…

But: Venus retrograde, then Mars, both conjoining Pluto in Capricorn, not to mention Mercury retrograde who dipped into Capricorn at the end of that phase, have really taken us down into the crux of Earth, on the ground we stand on, the foundations on which we build our reality. What is going on underneath the surface, dare we peer, dare we peel back? Pluto pretty much gives us no option but to do so. 

Pisces

Ohh the bliss.
When the Sun entered Pisces (end of February – 20th March), Jupiter was already there, who if you don’t know yet… is the boss of Pisces, the dude. He rules it. And it’s a big priest-like, Zeus emanating, Father God loving, character! He just keeps expanding and inflating with all that goodness, until it can get too much and we’re literally floating upon the Cosmic web.
But I think it’s about time. The last couple of years have been tough. So a little indulging, healthy escapism is really nourishing! I’m talking about going into the mystery, receiving codes from the unknown, trusting, letting go, trying something new. I bought some CBD oil, which I hadn’t used in years, and have taken some most days. This season felt supportive for easing the edge.
It’s also been a great time to cleanse: to love your Liver, represented by Jupiter. The traditional Chinese Medicine calender sees this seasonal change to be ruled by the Liver, of the Wood element.

Loving ourselves doesn’t look like overburdening our bodies with fats, sugars, and rich foods. It looks like listening to our body, our emotions, and learning something new. The body is wise, and an innate self-healer.

This is the time to let the body’s wisdom flow, and release anything stored up from last year

Spring Equinox Magic

Equinox is the balance between light and dark. 
We let go of the darker winter, where we delve into our depth of emotions, but can feel easily stuck...and we move into our lighter self: the fiery, potent, radical activist self! D’you know who I mean? Maybe they’re a bit lost somewhere… but this shift in time can be helpful for beginning to retrieve this outward part of ourselves.
The Heart can feel activated, high energy emerging, maybe nerves and anxiety too: everything. We feel the murmur of…

“I Act”

The doing must come from the being first, this is a sensitive balance, which the etherial time of Aquarius and Pisces prepares the internal ground for. So, over the coming months, it becomes something like…

“I Am, therefore I Do”

The loose interpretation of our intentions, dreams or plans from the last few months are now becoming more real. We have had a wintery season to really reflect and feel into the vastness of it all. And now comes the first inch towards turning into action, but not too quickly. We are still in limbo: equinox is the balance of light and dark, as we tread the boundary between one season and another – it’s not to be taken lightly or with haste. The physical body, and our emotions, take time and need to be held with care. 
Over the course of this preparatory phase, we can easefully tune into what has been resonating for us over the last 3 months: we will know what it is we are going to walk into, as we gently approach summer. Maybe it is vision for a new business venture, or growing awareness around self-love in action…

Whatever it is, you know. You do. Trust me. You will. Maybe you just forgot. 

It is a slowly shifting energy. One that will allow us time to self-assert our deepest passions, our absolute drive and commitment to our Self. This is Mars. He is the masculine warrior, the defender and trailblazer. Your security, your safety, your root, is being established. This will naturally be necessary as we come into greater and greater light/expansion towards the summer solstice. 

“I am growing in confidence to assert myself”

Mars and Venus are travelling through Aqaurius during this seasonal change. We are receiving the Cosmic insight and grounded wisdom of Saturn, for how we can ground our vision, and how it looks to create our idea of paradise on Earth. Mars defends our feminine sensual knowing. Venus intuits the way of devotion and peace. We are protected, we can follow our guidance. We are both masculine and feminine, united in the Heart. Our Heart is coming alive!
Remember: with light comes darkness, with new life comes the vestiges of the old death. We are in the delicate mix of wintery fatigue, a concoction of excitement yet possible overwhelm; old symptoms emerge to release, and so on. Let us navigate internally this great orchestra of our human body; listen to her/his signals, take quiet moments… breathe, feel, touch… gentle acknowledgement:

“I am held, I am loved, I am Love”
